IRVINE, CA; June 3, 2020 – With the look and feel of real hardwood and the durability of luxury vinyl tile (LVT), The House of Joshua’s Chevron Collection provides an ideal flooring installation for the newly renovated Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.
The Sheraton Hotel project highlights The House of Joshua Chevron Collection through the designer’s composition. It presents the transformation of the design space through the use of the LVT Chevron Collection, both visually and functionally.
Located in the elevator lobby of the hotel, this designer exclusive flooring delivers innovative solutions to the challenges of commercial spaces. LVT yields a 0.7mm wear layer, allowing the product to withstand the heavy foot traffic in this public space. The flooring also requires incredibly low maintenance and includes a 15 year commercial warranty.
In addition to high durability, the LVT Chevron Collection features an embossed-in-register design as well as accurate shapes and angles using its precision manufacturing process.
The collection offers 20 design options within three striking visuals: Studio, Wood, and Color. The designer of this project incorporated Wood, providing stunning grain visuals and texture to emphasize realism.
The designer of the space chose the color MADRA, a warm black hardwood visual that appeals to the simplistic elevator lobby with its chevron design. The aesthetic of the flooring combined with its functionality make The House of Joshua’s LVT Chevron Collection a noteworthy addition to the renovations of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel.
